Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy sessions to adults facing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and grief. I rely heavily on developing a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work together. I focus less on short term behavioral changes and more so on what happens when we look below the surface and encounter your story with honesty and curiosity.

Family Therapy

We spend the majority of our lives seeking, living in, leaving, and recovering from relationships. I offer couples and family therapy sessions to those looking to better understand, and be understood, within their relationships.

Fees

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $180
Family/Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $200

I understand the cost of therapy can seem daunting. I offer a limited number of sliding scale options in order to make my services more affordable. Please inquire.

I accept private pay and am also currently in network with PacificSource (commercial), Regence/BCBS, Moda, and Providence.
